Adriano Calvanese
Introducing Adriano Calvanese, Vice President, Property Management – North.
Workspace is proud to spotlight Adriano Calvanese, Vice President of Property Management – North. Adriano brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across commercial property and asset management, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams. His depth of experience and collaborative leadership style make him a tremendous asset to our organization.
In his role, Adriano oversees property management operations across Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, and Wisconsin, working closely with regional teams to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service and long-term value throughout the portfolio. With a focus on performance, innovation, and growth, Adriano plays a key role in advancing Workspace’s operational standards.
Career & Journey
Adriano’s career in real estate began with a strong academic foundation. He earned a degree in Finance and Accounting from La Salle University and later obtained his real estate license through Temple University.
He launched his professional career at CBRE’s Philadelphia office, where he spent nearly eight years in brokerage, representing both landlords and tenants throughout Center City Philadelphia. He later transitioned into asset management, leasing, and development roles with Lincoln Property Company and PMC Property Group, where he spent approximately 15 years helping to build and manage operational teams across complex development projects and commercial assets.
One of Adriano’s most notable career highlights includes being a key team member responsible for Aramark’s 350,000-square-foot headquarters in downtown Philadelphia. The project involved the adaptive reuse of an existing building originally slated for residential and hospitality use, ultimately transformed into a Class A office headquarters—an achievement that reflects Adriano’s ability to navigate large-scale, high-impact projects.
After years working in the heart of the city, Adriano sought a change in perspective and environment, ultimately leading him to Workspace.

Beyond the Office
Outside of work, Adriano enjoys spending time with his family and friends, especially on weekends down the shore in Ocean City, New Jersey. A proud girl dad, he can often be found cheering-on his children at their sporting events, particularly lacrosse. Adriano also enjoys a nice sunny day on the golf course and is a lifelong Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies fan.
