Anthony A. Nichols, Jr.

Senior Vice President, Leasing

Mr. Nichols brings almost three decades of fundamental knowledge in asset management, development and leasing, and approximately 20 years of experience with publicly traded REITs. From 2005 to  2017, Mr. Nichols held various roles including Vice President and City Manager, as well as Vice President & Market Officer for suburban Philadelphia for Liberty Property Trust.

From 1989 to 1996, he was Vice President of Marketing and Property Management for the Nichols Company, a private commercial real estate developer. Mr. Nichols played an instrumental role in the Nichols Company before and during its merger with Brandywine Realty Trust in 1996. He is a past  President of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Office and Industrial  Properties (NAIOP) as well as having served as a member of NAIOP’s National Board of Directors.

Mr. Nichols received a B.S. degree in Economics from East Carolina University and an MBA degree  from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.

What I Do: I am responsible for the leasing of our Horsham portfolio, which comprises 40 buildings and 2.3 million square feet. I have prior brokerage experience and in an earlier life worked in the pharmaceutical industry in Washington, DC. I graduated with a degree in business management and entrepreneurship from the University of Notre Dame.

Where I’m From: Philadelphia suburbs

When I’m not here: I enjoy family outings with my wife and our newborn son, visiting with friends and family in different cities, and staying active playing pickup basketball and tennis.

Catherine Bianco

Director of Leasing

What I Do: With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, I am responsible for the leasing of our Malvern portfolio consisting of over 2 Million square feet of office and flex properties in the Malvern, Wayne, and Exton submarkets. I have a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from West Chester University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Drexel University.

Where I’m From: Phoenixville, PA

When I’m Not Here: I’m usually found outside, whether I’m hiking, kayaking, camping or gardening. I also love to travel and immerse myself in other cultures and cuisines.

What I Do: I am responsible for the management of our Tampa portfolio consisting of 34 buildings and 1.8 million square of office and flex properties. I have worked in the real estate industry for over 15 years. I received my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics and later achieved a Masters in International Business.

Where I’m From: Sarasota, FL

When I’m Not Here: I love spending time with my four-year-old son, Jackson, golfing, and watching movies.

Brad Butler

VP & Regional Director

What I Do: I oversee the marketing and leasing of our 1.5 million square foot Minnesota portfolio. I’ve been with the portfolio for 21 years. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College.

Where I’m From: Rochester Minnesota

When I’m Not Here: I’m in a hockey rink coaching my three kids’ sports teams, serving on four nonprofit boards and I spend time hunting, fishing and downhill skiing with my family.

Mike Nathanson

Director of Leasing

What I Do: I oversee the marketing and leasing strategies for more than 1.1 million square feet of office properties in and around Miramar, Boca Raton and Sunrise, Florida, while cultivating longstanding relationships with Workspace tenants and professional broker partners. With over fifteen years of commercial real estate experience, I’ve completed over 1.5 million square feet in commercial and industrial real estate transactions, working with clients such as BlackRock, Lincoln Property Company, Acadia, Morgan Stanley, Hunt Companies, and other institutional owners. I graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Business Administration.

Where I’m From: Coral Springs, FL.

When I’m Not Here: I love spending time with my wife Valerie, my three-year-old daughter Sydney and my newborn daughter Nikki, watching and attending sporting events, traveling, playing basketball, and staying active.

What I Do: With over eight years of commercial real estate experience, I am responsible for leasing our Horsham portfolio, consisting of over 2.3 million square feet of office and flex properties. I have my bachelor’s degree in Hotel Restaurant and Institutional Management from Penn State University.

Where I’m From: Wayne, Pennsylvania

When I’m Not Here: I’m usually on the golf course or on the paddle tennis court. I have a wife, two children, and a golden doodle named Hank!
