LEADERSHIP HIGHLIGHTS | 2025
We Are Workspace
We Are Workspace | Workspace is composed of 110+ hardworking individuals throughout the country, each helping bring industry-leading customer service and premier properties to our tenants. Stay tuned as we highlight a few of our team members that help make us the preeminent suburban office landlord in the country.
Introducing Jen Reath, Associate Project Manager, who joined Workspace in July 2019 as a construction administrative assistant, handling invoicing and contracts for tenant improvement fit outs. Fast forward to 2024, she’s now our Associate Project Manager—coordinating tenant meetings, administering contracts, and managing projects from inception to completion across our entire portfolio. In short, Jen knows the nitty-gritty of tenant buildouts inside and out.
Before Workspace, Jen spent over 16 years as an office manager at a machine shop in North Wales, PA, specializing in manufacturing precision parts for the military. Her attention to detail and strong organizational skills made her a natural fit for our project-driven environment.
In Jen’s words:
“I love being in the field—watching a project go from nothing to something. Being part of a team that brings someone’s vision to life is incredibly rewarding”.
Why Workspace? In Jen’s Words:
“I was ready for a change and wanted more responsibility in my role. Workspace offered the perfect opportunity. I was drawn to the energy, the people, and the chance to work hands-on with a variety of projects. I truly appreciate how Workspace supports growth and gives people the experience they need to advance.”
Beyond the Office
When she’s not managing projects, Jen enjoys staying active outdoors with her husband—whether that’s going for walks, visiting local breweries, or spending time by the ocean at the Jersey Shore. She’s also an avid reader and recently finished The Berry Pickers—a book she highly recommends.
But perhaps most inspiring of all is Jen’s work with Hayley’s Sunshine Foundation, a nonprofit she founded in memory of her daughter, Hayley. Through this deep personal mission, Jen creates and sends Sunshine Boxes to children who have experienced the loss of a family member. Each box is thoughtfully assembled with love, comfort, and hope—helping families through some of their darkest moments with a bit of light and compassion.
“Every box I send is a piece of Hayley’s legacy,” Jen shares. “It’s my way of turning grief into something that can help others heal.”
