Eric McHugh
Eric McHugh has served as Workspace Property Trust’s Vice President of Construction and Development and resident problem solver since 2017.
Eric oversees the construction and development of our 200+ property portfolio across the country, but a recent highlight for him was managing facade and modernization improvement projects for three “hidden gem” properties right in his backyard of Horsham, Pennsylvania.
With nearly 25 years in the commercial real estate industry, Eric has seen firsthand how the overall market and individual tenants' needs have evolved, including most recently in the post-pandemic environment.

not in the office...
You can catch him at home cooking or doing renovations with his son, at a Phish concert, or at Panther Kenpo Karate Studio mastering his skills of Karate while earning a brown belt.
Eric also loves to #travel with his family, hang out with his pet cat Yuki and root for the Pittsburgh Steelers!
