LEADERSHIP HIGHLIGHTS | 2025
We Are Workspace
Workspace is composed of 110+ hardworking individuals throughout the country, each helping bring industry-leading customer service and premier properties to our tenants. Stay tuned as we highlight a few of our team members that help make us the preeminent suburban office landlord in the country.
Meet Wes Rudes, our Atlanta-based Director of Leasing, who has played a key role in leading Workspace’s entry into the Atlanta market and strengthening our position as the nation’s preeminent suburban office landlord. His leadership extends beyond Georgia, with oversight across markets including Chicago, California, North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas.
Since moving south, Wes has seamlessly established both himself and Workspace Property Trust in Atlanta’s commercial real estate scene. He manages a 1.5 million-square-foot Class A portfolio spanning six premier properties in high-demand submarkets—amenity-rich, highly accessible assets like 2500 Windy Ridge Parkway and 4100 Wildwood Parkway, tailored to today’s workforce.
With over 30 years of experience representing both tenants and landlords, Wes brings a proven track record of leadership and success. He served as a senior broker at top New York firms, overseeing leasing activity for more than 6 million square feet of office space.
As a tenant rep, Wes has advised organizations such as Liberty Mutual Insurance, Daewoo, StubHub, and the Wallace Foundation. He played a key role in the rise of New York’s “Silicon Alley,” completing over 400 transactions in one of the country’s most competitive markets. That same strategic insight now informs his approach across the regions he leads.
In His Own Words:
Suburban office is seeing a quiet resurgence—companies are rethinking space and choosing locations closer to where employees live. With easier commutes and lower overhead, suburban office is a smart choice for businesses looking to balance cost with culture,” says Rudes. “Working in Atlanta commercial real estate just makes sense. The market’s growing, new companies are arriving, and neighborhoods are evolving. There’s a real sense of momentum here.”
When Wes is not in the office...
Outside the office, Wes is no stranger to leadership and teamwork. He’s coached youth baseball, softball, and football, and serves as an umpire for high-level travel tournaments. Asked the classic question—Yankees or Braves? He smiles and says, “Yankees forever, but I’ll give it to the Braves—they come up big when it counts.”
